How Life Insurance Protects Your Family
When someone hears the words “life insurance,” the word that is most often associated with it is “family.” It’s no wonder, since there would be no life insurance without anyone to protect!
Let’s start with the cost of raising a child (which is now said to be over $250,000). There are the necessities: food, clothing and a roof over their head. But add in college tuition, along with the fact that these expenses are still present after the death of the breadwinner, and you have reason enough to require life insurance. It is suddenly easy to see why this is the case.Aside from a child (or children), a spouse must be accounted for. In the event that the insured passes away, it will be the spouse that is left to care for the child/children. And if life insurance wasn’t purchased, what would happen to the family? They would be left to fend for themselves.
Life insurance is meant to protect. Meant to protect you and most important, meant to protect your family.
